Ben Harper serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Biomerics and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of People at Lumio. With extensive experience in human resources, Ben worked at Sunrun/Vivint Solar as Senior Director of Talent and held various roles at IM Flash, including Manager of Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Recruiting Project Manager. Ben's academic background includes a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, both from Utah State University, completed respectively in 2013 and 2005.
