Robert Neusner has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Robert began their career at Johnson & Johnson in 1998 as a Pharmaceutical Marketing Leader, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Research & Development Leader for Neuroscience Solutions at Johnson & Johnson.
In 2013, Neusner joined The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as the Director of Neuroscience Diagnostics. During their tenure, they developed a global launch strategy for a neuroscience point-of-care diagnostic platform and collaborated with a startup to develop a retinal imaging test for pre-symptomatic Alzheimer's detection. In 2018, they took on the role of Global Strategy Leader for Precision Medicine, where they led a team in identifying opportunities for expanding indications for a novel compound and developed partnership strategies in various therapeutic areas, resulting in several multi-million dollar partnerships. Robert remained with the company until 2022.
Most recently, Neusner joined BMI OrganBank in 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing strategy development and resource planning, and securing and overseeing people resources and physical footprint.
Robert Neusner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Managerial Studies from Rice University. Robert also has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
