Kristin Obrochta Moss, PhD, is a Senior Scientist II at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., with extensive experience in BioAnalytical Research and Development since July 2016. Prior to this role, Kristin served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, focusing on neuropeptide regulation and lifespan extension related to calorie restriction. Kristin completed a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, where dissertation research concentrated on retinoids and energy metabolism, complemented by proficiency in High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry. Kristin also has experience as an Undergraduate Intern at Amgen, where contributions included developing analytical methods for glycoprotein qualification. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Washington, Seattle.
