Jim Blay is currently the Principal for Veeva Platforms at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Spero Therapeutics as the Associate Director and Senior Manager for IT Business Partnerships in the R&D department. Before that, Jim held positions at TherapeuticsMD, Herc Rentals, Covance, Eli Lilly and Company, and Eastman Kodak Company in various IT-related roles. Jim's experience includes leading technology strategies, developing IT solutions, managing vendor relationships, overseeing IT projects, and implementing GxP-compliant systems. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
