Saundra Keillor, PHR has worked in the Human Resources field since 2006. Saundra began their career as an Human Resource Intern at Quebecor World, then moved on to become a Human Resource Representative. In 2007, they accepted a role as Human Resources at Raytheon Polar Services, where they managed employees in all phases of the hiring and training process, coordinated recruiting activities, and assisted employees with benefit questions and annual open enrollment. In 2010, they became a HR Generalist, Sr. at RFA Engineering, where they were responsible for Human Resource activities and supported the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines. In 2014, they moved to Apex International as a Human Resources Generalist, where they developed and maintained an organization of high performing employees and provided guidance to assigned business partners. In 2017, they accepted a role as HR Generalist - PMD at Cambria, where they supported recruiting, selection and onboarding of new employees, helped ensure uniform application of HR policies and practices, and ensured timely and accurate administration of employee related records. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist, SR at Apex International Mfg, Inc. Finally, in 2021, they accepted the role of HR Manager at BIOLYPH.

Saundra Keillor, PHR, obtained their B.S. in Human Resource Management from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended North Dakota State University from 2003 to 2005, where they studied General Studies.
