Brad LaPray has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. In 1998, they founded Zentech Manufacturing, Inc., a Contract Electronics Manufacturing company located in Baltimore, Maryland. As Founder & Chairman, they employed more than 130 people and provided assembly services for high reliability electronic products. In 2011, they founded BioLogiQ Inc., a manufacturer of sustainable plastic resins made from renewable resources. In this role as Founder and CEO, they led the company to become a leader in the manufacturing and sale of plant based sustainable plastic resins.

Brad LaPray received a BS in Design Engineering from Brigham Young University between 1981 and 1985. Brad then went on to receive a MSIA/MBA in Business from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business between 1986 and 1988.
