Mary Esola has extensive experience in project management and program management roles. Mary started their career as a Recreation Therapist at Princeton Healthcare System in 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to a Clinical Project Manager role at BioClinica, where they worked until 2015. Mary then joined Heron Therapeutics, Inc. as a Project Management Associate, staying with the company until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Mary worked at Bioclinica as a Clinical Project Manager. In 2017, they joined Biostats LLC as a Project Management Consultant, and in 2018, they moved to Oracle as a Consulting Project Manager. Mary worked at Oracle until 2020, when they joined Biological Dynamics as a Project Manager. Currently, Mary is a Senior Program Manager at Biological Dynamics, a role they have held since 2022.

Mary Esola earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Camden County College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Subsequently, they attended Temple University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy between 2008 and 2011. In 2018, Mary completed a certificate program in Clinical Research Conduct and Management at UC Berkeley Extension.
