Maeesha Maliha started their work experience in 2018 as a Sales Floor Team Member at Target and also worked as a Barista at Starbucks during the same period. In 2020, they joined Texas A&M University–Central Texas as an Orientation Leader and Blue Coat Ambassador. Maeesha continued these roles until 2021. In 2021, they participated in the Disney World College Internship program at The Walt Disney Company. Currently, they work as a Quality Lead at Biolife Plasma Services, starting in 2022.

Maeesha Maliha has a High School Diploma from Killeen ISD Early College High School. Maeesha also holds an Associate's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General from Central Texas College. Maeesha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Biology/Biological Sciences from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, expected to be completed in 2023.
