Gary Olsem is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership within the scientific and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at BioLabs since February 2019, Gary oversees the design, construction, and launch of wet-lab incubators across fifteen global locations. Previous roles include Deputy Director and Branch Chief at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, where Gary led strategic planning and managed significant acquisition operations. Additional experience includes senior management positions at BioSurplus and the Seattle Sperm Bank, where operational oversight and compliance were paramount. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a certificate in Executive Education from Columbia Business School.
