Laurie Fuller holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehabilitation from Ithaca College. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BioIVT since April 2022, Laurie previously held various HR leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2013 to May 2022, including HR Leader for the Clinical Diagnostics Reagents Business Unit. Notable accomplishments include managing HR functions for over 450 employees across multiple divisions, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and enhancing organizational development strategies. Laurie's earlier experience at Cornell University included overseeing faculty programs and managing significant operational budgets, contributing to improved student experiences and faculty engagement.
