Sofie Lorentzen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational design, and conflict management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of People & Organisation at BioInnovation Institute since June 2018, Sofie previously held roles at Novo Nordisk Foundation as Senior P&O Lead and HR Business Partner from January 2019 to January 2023, as well as at Novo Holdings as a Senior Specialist in 2018. Prior to these positions, Sofie contributed to the Technical University of Denmark for over a decade in various HR roles including HR Partner and Senior Consultant in HR Development. Sofie's early career included HR consulting at Magasin du Nord and coordinating at Ung PÃ¥ Linie. Sofie holds a Cand. Mag. degree in psychology and pedagogy with a focus on organizational psychology from Roskilde University.
