Jan-Peter Hensen is a Food Scientist currently serving at the BioInnovation Institute and Yeti Foods since July 2023. With a strong academic background in Food Science and Technology from the University of Bonn, Jan-Peter holds a PhD, an MS, and a BS in the same field. Prior to these roles, Jan-Peter gained experience as a Scientific Researcher and University Lecturer at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn from August 2018 to April 2023, focusing on process technology in the food industry. Jan-Peter also worked in logistics at THE BRITISH SHOP Versandhandel GmbH & Co. KG from 2010 to December 2022.
