Boyang Ji is a Scientific Data Developer at BioInnovation Institute since January 2021, with prior experience as a Visiting Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher in SysBio at Chalmers University of Technology from December 2013 to December 2022. Boyang also worked at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in the Biosustain program from December 2019 to November 2020. Areas of expertise include mathematical and metabolic modelling, human gut microbiota, yeast, pathogen infection, environmental genomics, and evolutionary genomics. Boyang Ji earned a PhD in Genomics and Bioinformatics from Aix-Marseille University between 2009 and 2013, and completed a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Huazhong Agricultural University from 2002 to 2009.
