Kari Soderstrom is a seasoned professional in talent systems and human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Talent Systems & Reporting at Biohaven since July 2019, where responsibilities include talent systems administration and HR platform oversight. Prior to Biohaven, Kari was the HR Information Systems Manager at Arvinas, managing employee onboarding, HR platforms, and staff reviews from March 2015 to July 2019. Earlier career roles include Marketing Director at ASPAERIS, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed, and various marketing and support roles at Sightlines LLC. and Globe Pequot Press. Kari holds a BA in English and Women's Studies from Hope College, obtained in 2007.
