Amisha Kapoor is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and process optimization. Currently serving as the Head of Global Payroll at Biogen since June 2020, Amisha oversees payroll operations across more than 40 countries, focusing on strategic excellence and simplification. Prior to this role, Amisha held various positions at GE, including Global Operational Controller for GE Lighting and Current, and was pivotal in financial compliance, SEC reporting, and business restructuring for a $2B revenue entity. Amisha's career began at GE Capital, where significant contributions included leading treasury operations for corporate M&A and implementing a loan processing system in India. Amisha holds an MBA in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
