Denise Chittick, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Biofourmis since June 2022, Denise manages the comprehensive people and talent agenda, including culture, engagement, and organizational design. Previously, Denise held the position of Chief People Officer at Quanterix and served as CHRO/VP of Human Resources at Reflexis Systems, Inc., an international SaaS company. Denise's earlier roles include Global Vice President at Dorel Juvenile and Global Head of Human Resources at FGX International, where significant contributions were made to HR and business strategic initiatives during periods of growth and transformation. Denise's career also includes serving as Head of Human Resources at L.E.K. Consulting, an international management consulting firm. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Rhode Island, a Master's in Education specializing in Psychology from Fairfield University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
