Pat McCleary serves as Managing Member at BioEconomy Solutions since April 2018, leading initiatives that focus on eco-friendly sewage treatment systems and the establishment of Private Utility Districts in areas lacking public services. In addition, Pat manages JMCS Services LLC and Columbia Water Holdings, both of which align with sustainable water management practices. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Business Development at Global Sustainment Solutions from 2009 to March 2019. Educational background includes studies in Real Estate Law, Development, and Finance at Seattle Central Community College, as well as military service in the United States Marine Corps from 1977 to 1981, and completion of high school at Auburn High School.
