Leigh LaMartina currently serves as the Director of Operations for Offshore Wind and Senior Project Manager at the Biodiversity Research Institute since February 2022. Prior to this role, Leigh was the Director of Operations at Suitless Inc. from December 2016 to February 2022, leading a team of management and compliance consultants and providing insights to CEOs. Additionally, Leigh worked as a consultant for leaders in the tech and nonprofit sectors, focusing on operations and human resources. Earlier experience includes serving as an attorney at Constantine Cannon LLP from October 2013 to December 2016 and as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Rankin at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from August 2011 to August 2013. Leigh earned a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a minor in Spanish Language from American University.
