Brandon Smith has been in the tech industry since 2000, when they began working as a Consultant for WinMill Software. In 2004, they joined BioDigital, Inc., where they held the roles of Chief Architect and Senior Systems Architect.

Brandon Smith attended Detroit Country Day School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a High School degree. Brandon then attended Princeton University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned an A.B. in Philosophy.
