Tom Dugan is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in market access and payer relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Market Access at Biodesix, Inc. since September 2019, Tom previously held various roles, including National Account Director. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Payer Relations and Value-Based Offerings, and Senior Manager of Field Reimbursement at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities involved securing medical policies for bronchial thermoplasty and supporting capital sales efforts. Previous roles at Hologic and Roche Diagnostics focused on maximizing reimbursement across multiple business units and driving market share growth. Tom began their career in sales at Coinmach Corporation after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College in 2004.
