Previously, Laura held the role of Laboratory Director at the New York State Department of Health and Vice President of Scientific & Laboratory Operations at Oncimmune, along with positions as Assistant Laboratory Director and Principal Scientist. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. with Honors and an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, both obtained from The University of Kansas.
