Kalim Shaikh is an experienced automation and instrumentation professional with a comprehensive background in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Associate Manager at Biocon since December 2022, Kalim previously held the position of Sr. Team Member at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from February 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with 21CFR for control systems and executing DCS/PLC/SCADA modifications. Prior to this, Kalim worked at Wockhardt Ltd. as an Executive, Orchid Chemicals & Pharma Ltd. as a Jr. Executive, Logical Automation Solutions as a Project Engineer, and began a career as a Graduate Apprentice Engineer at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Kalim holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation from the Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon.
