Christine Luk is an experienced professional in the medical device and regulatory affairs sectors, currently serving as the Associate Regulatory Affairs Manager at Proxima Clinical Research, Inc. Since January 2023. Simultaneously, Christine has been the Portfolio Manager for the Southwest National Pediatric Device Innovation Consortium (SWPDC) since January 2020, targeting pediatric device innovation under the leadership of Dr. Chester Koh at Texas Children's Hospital. Previous roles include Associate Principal and Senior Entrepreneurship Fellow at Fannin Innovation Studio, where responsibilities encompassed project development for medical devices, budget management for NIH grants, and regulatory documentation. Christine co-founded LilySpec, a gynecology startup, and has gained diverse experience in product development and engineering through various internships, including roles at Johnson & Johnson and Establishment Labs. With advanced degrees in bioengineering and biochemistry from Rice University, Christine has also contributed to education as a teaching assistant and mentor in bioengineering capstone projects.
