Shambhu Yadav, Ph.D., is a Research Fellow in Medicine at Harvard Medical School since November 2020, focusing on dynamic tissue-specific modulation of redox stress through chemogenetics. Yadav serves as a Board member for the Journal of Biological Chemistry and the Biochemical Society, where responsibilities include Vice Chair of Research Area V - Signalling. Concurrently acting as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital under Prof. Thomas Michel, Yadav's previous research involved vascular ion channels at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Yadav co-founded and is the Editor-in-Chief of ScienceBlurb and has acted as a journal reviewer for several publications, including eLife and Cell Press. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. from IISER Mohali specializing in Redox Biochemistry and an Integrated MS from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research.
