Emese Dudas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Biochem Zusatzstoffe Handels- und Produktionsgesellschaft mbH since April 2022, Emese has also been an Independent HR Strategy and Talent Management Consultant since 2017. Previous roles include Director of the Center of Excellence for Talent Management EMEA and HR Director at Fresenius Medical Care from November 2012 to November 2016, and HR Manager positions at BD and Flextronics. Emese began the HR career as an HRD Manager at Wescast Industries Inc. from January 2003 to 2008 and has an academic background that includes a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Eötvös Loránd University and a Master of Arts in History from Kossuth Lajos University Debrecen, Hungary.
