Or Moshayoff has a diverse work experience history. In 2022, they joined BioCatch as the Director of Accounting. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Homez, a global network of move-in-ready apartments, from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at cignal.io, a technology company in the programmatic advertising industry. Moshayoff was also the Financial Controller at Mer Telecom from 2015 to 2017 and the Assistant Controller at Harel Insurance & Finance from 2014 to 2015. Or began their career as an Auditor at Deloitte Israel from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Moshayoff has experience working as a Security Officer at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from 2007 to 2012.

Or Moshayoff received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bar-Ilan University. They later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance at the same university. In 2015, Or also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
