Clint Shadinger PharmD, MBA is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Development at BioCare, Inc since January 2024. Prior to this role, Clint held various positions at Shields Health Solutions from November 2018 to January 2024, including Senior Director of Trade Relations and Director of Trade Relations, as well as Trade Relations - Strategic Clinical Program Manager. Clint's experience also includes a tenure at UAB Medicine from July 2007 to October 2018, where responsibilities included Pharmacy Manager for Specialty Pharmacy Services and Infusion Therapy, Pharmacy Informatics, and Clinical Staff Pharmacist. Clint holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Samford University, a Post-Graduate Year 1 Pharmacy Residency from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UAB Collat School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Samford University.
