Arthur Sands is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and product development within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at BiObex, LLC since October 1999, Arthur has focused on strong authentication solutions in the cyber security arena, culminating in the development of SAFE Technology. Prior to BiObex, Arthur held the position of COO and EVP at AC Technology, Inc. from October 1991 to September 2008, overseeing vendor relations, contracts, sales, and engineering operations. Additionally, Arthur served as Director of the ECRSD at McDonnell Douglas from April 1985 to December 1986 and as Director of Engineering & Computer Resources at Inco, Inc. from 1978 to 1985, where responsibilities included engineering proposals and R&D projects.
