Mike Malinovsky has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 with Trust Sourcing as a Frontend Engineer. In this role, they worked night and day, learning every aspect of how web, company and team works with barely any money involved. In 2011, Mike moved to Hotelscan as a Frontend Engineer, where they learned a lot about management, building complex web apps and how to be a better team player. In 2013, Mike joined Picreel as a Senior Frontend Developer, where they built hacky (due to cross-site nature) iframe scripts. In 2014, Mike joined Unomy as a Senior Frontend Developer, where they worked in a highly skilled professional team and had the chance to spend $10k with a wrong click during development. In 2016, Mike joined Intenos as a Co Managing Partner, where they were part of lots of activity and interesting projects. In 2017, Mike joined Mealeo as a Frontend Engineer, working on US-based food delivery service and restaurant aggregator with a network of public and private projects. In the same year, Mike also joined Health Enchantment Systems (HES) as a Senior Frontend Developer. In 2019, Mike moved to Revute as Chief Technology Officer. Finally, in 2020, Mike joined Biobetter as Chief Technology Officer, providing a system to monitor and adjust all vital functions and processes of the body.

Mike Malinovsky received a Magister degree in Cybernetics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2004 and 2008. Mike also obtained certifications in HackerRank JavaScript and React from HackerRank in August 2020.
