Katja Janssens has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to present. Katja started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Scandinavian Tobacco Group Benelux NV and worked there for nearly 9 years. In 2016, they joined Gerechtsdeurwaarders Verhulst - Van Moerkercke - Houet as a Debiteurbeheerder for a short period. Later that year, they joined Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions as a Mid Project Consultant. Katja held various roles within the company, including being a Customer Service and Repair Assistant at Medtronic and an Account Executive at Flir Systems Trading Belgium. Katja'smost recent role with Bright Plus was as a Mid Project Consultant Sales and Customer Service Assistant at Pauwels Sauces. In 2020, they joined Biobest Sustainable Crop Management as a Customer Service Agent Benelux.

Katja Janssens completed their education at the Sint-Maria Instituut, where they obtained a Prof Bachelor degree in Prepress/Desktop Publishing and Photography from 1992 to 1995. Before that, they attended the Maris Stella Instituut, where they pursued a Technisch Secundair Onderwijs degree in Plastische Kunsten from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Juridisch debiteurenbeheer, Contracten voor niet-juisten, and Het innen van schuldvordering per telefoon from Graydon Belgium nv in 2014 and 2011. In 1992, they also attained a Kwalificatiegetuigschrift 1992 Bedrijfsbeheer from the Maris Stella Instituut.
