Ahmet Aktaş has a diverse work experience in the field of sustainable crop management and biological control. ahmet started their career as a Biologist and Biyolojik Mücadele Uzmanı at Koppert Biological Systems in 2005, where they worked until 2013. At the same company, they also held the position of Biyolojik Mücadele Uzmanı. Following this, they joined antilsan a.ş. in 2013 as the Türkiye Biyolojik Mücadele Ürün Sorumlusu (Domates), a role they held until 2015. Ahmet then joined Biobest Sustainable Crop Management in 2015 as the Biobest Türkiye IPM Koordinatörü, where they played a crucial role in bringing integrated pest management to Turkey. Ahmet Aktaş completed their education at Erzurum Atatürk Üniversitesi from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Ziraat Fakültesi with a focus on Bitki Koruma. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they attended Fethiye Lisesi, although information about their degree or field of study during this time is not available.
