Additional roles include serving as Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, where Nicole provided legal advice in foreclosure cases, and as a Contract Attorney at Synergy Legal, focusing on e-discovery and compliance review. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Meredith College, along with a Paralegal Certification.
