Mathieu Demoulin possesses extensive experience in business development and financial management within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Business Development Support Fund Coordinator at BIO - Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries since September 2019, Mathieu previously held the position of Senior Finance Officer at Oxfam Novib, where responsibilities included overseeing financial management for the SEEDSGROW program. Prior roles at Croix-Rouge de Belgique included Country Representative for missions in Niger and Rwanda, where Mathieu managed partnerships and development projects, as well as served as Finance Manager and Officer, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and efficient financial operations. Earlier experience includes participation in the Benelux ERU Relief team at IFRC and a research internship at Instituto de Estudios Peruanos. Mathieu holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Université de Namur.
