Danessa Itaya has a long and successful career in the franchising industry. Danessa started with Service Brands International in 1994 as Director of Franchise New Business Training, and was later promoted to Sr. Director of Operations. In 2009, they became President and Co-Chairperson of the Ms. Molly Foundation, where they raised over $1 million in financial donations for shelters. In 2013, they were Vice President of Operations for Service Brands Internationals and Vice President for Maid Right Franchising, LLC. From 2018 to 2023, they were President of Property Management Inc., where they were responsible for the day to day operations of franchisor, resulting in franchisee growth from 233 franchisees to 387, YOY double digit revenue growth of the franchise network and franchisor, increased Franchisor EBITDA, and the implementation of a National Marketing Fund to increase the Brand's national digital presence. Danessa currently serves as President of Bio-One Inc.
