Tom Jacobs has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in various food processing and restaurant industries. Currently serving as the VP of Sales and Marketing at SnapDNA, Tom is responsible for bringing a rapid food safety pathogen test to market. Prior to this, Tom was a Partner at PJT Concepts, where Tom led the development of a fast casual breakfast start-up. With previous roles at Chicago Meat Authority, National Steak & Poultry, and Tyson Foods, Tom has a proven track record in national account sales and management. Tom holds a BS in Management from the University of Maryland.
