Hiarhi Monda has a diverse work experience in various research roles. The most recent role was at Bio Huma Netics, Inc where they served as the R&D Humic Lab Director since September 2019. Prior to that, Monda worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Interdepartmental Research Center of NMR for the Environment, Food Processing, New Materials CERMANU from September 2015 to July 2017. Monda also had a role as Research Grants at Julius Kühn Institut - JKI in 2015, where they studied bio-systems for soil bioremediation and the microbial conversion of organic waste and sewage into compost. Hiarhi Monda earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Improvement and Management of Agro-Forestry Resources from the University of Naples Federico II. This was completed between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, they received training in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Julius Kühn-Institut (JKI) in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Agro-Biotechnology from the University of Naples Federico II, finishing in 2012.
