Novia Putri Anggraini is a seasoned professional in talent management and people development, currently serving as the Senior Talent Management lead at Bio Farma - Indonesia since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role at ID FOOD, where Novia developed a competency dictionary and established succession planning systems. At PT. BGR Logistik Indonesia, Novia held multiple positions, including HCIS & People Development Section Head, where oversight of team operations and KPI setup was key. Novia began a career in assessment at Petrokimia Gresik PT and contributed as a Laboratory Assistant at Ahmad Dahlan University. Novia holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Airlangga and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta Indonesia.
