Sushmita Barua is an Executive Recruiter at Steadfast International Services, LLC since July 2023, responsible for shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Sushmita also serves as a Campus Ambassador for Bio Daily and is the Founder & Owner of Adornet since September 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Digital Marketing Executive at Japan Marketing & Consultancy Ltd., Product Researcher at Octopus, and Research Assistant at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Sushmita holds a BSc in Biochemistry & Biotechnology from the University of Science and Technology, Chittagong, completed in December 2022.
