Andrei Dolnikov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Andrei is currently the Founder and Curator of Cause & Effect Global since 2023. Before that, they held positions such as Vice President and President at the American Society of Architectural Illustrators from 2021 to 2023. Andrei was also a Member of YPO since 2017. Prior to these roles, Andrei founded and served as CEO of Binyan Studios since 2007. Andrei has also worked as the Director of Adult Education & Assistant Rabbi at Chabad Double Bay from 2008 to 2018. Other positions include being a Member of EO Sydney from 2015 to 2017 and a 3D/2D Technician at Cadnetics from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have worked as a Designer at Peter Brown Architects from 2005 to 2006 and at Steven G Hawkins Architect from 2005 to 2006. Andrei started their career as a Bar Tender at the Sydney Opera House from 1998 to 1999.
Andrei Dolnikov has a diverse education history. In 1993, they graduated from The Emanuel School with a High School Diploma. Andrei then pursued a Bachelor of Design at UNSW from 1998 to 2001, specializing in Design/Architecture. In 2000, Andrei also obtained Rabbinic Ordination - Smicha from Yeshivas Around the World. In 2006, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Psychotherapy at the Australian College of Applied Professions. Continuing their education, Andrei graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from UNSW in 2010. Lastly, in 2017, they obtained a Diploma in Leadership & Management from the Australian Institute of Management.
