James Fields, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive expertise in transportation engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Binkley & Barfield, Inc. since November 2016, James has previously held positions including Project Engineer at IEA Inc. and Civil Engineer at Arup, where a strong focus was on roadway design and transportation planning. James's foundational experience includes significant contributions to various projects at Aguirre & Fields, LP, and early roles as a transportation research fellow at Texas A&M University and as a civil engineering intern. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, graduating magna cum laude from Texas A&M University in 2006.
