Previously, Aastha held roles such as Lead Corporate HR and Corporate Human Resources, focusing on HR strategies, recruitment, and collaboration with senior leadership. Aastha's experience also includes a brief tenure as Financial Research Analyst at PredictRAM DeFi, and internships in human resources at EY and Nangia Andersen India Pvt. Ltd. Aastha completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at Teerthanker Mahaveer University from 2017 to 2020.
