Michael Redshaw has extensive experience in human resources management spanning over two decades, holding positions at several prominent companies. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Bindaree Food Group since June 2021, Michael previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Buderim Foods Pty Ltd and Buderim Group Limited. Michael's earlier experience includes significant tenures as Human Resources Manager at Heat and Control and Capilano Honey Limited, alongside a foundational role in the same capacity at QUT Student Guild. Michael's educational background includes completing Year 12 at Christian Brothers College Bundaberg between 1972 and 1979.
