Albert Snell currently serves as the VP of Surest Benefit Strategy at Surest since February 2020, where responsibilities include guiding employers in utilizing Bind On-Demand Health Insurance to optimize healthcare costs and improve employee experiences through strategic analytics. Previously, Albert worked at Mercer from March 2010 to February 2020 as a Principal, specializing in benefits consulting for jumbo employers, focusing on medical, dental, and vision strategy, as well as compliance with health and welfare regulations. Earlier experience includes roles at Excellus BCBS as an Actuarial Support Specialist and Actuarial Statistician. Albert holds a BS and BFA in Applied Mathematics and Film & Video Production from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
