Sercan İyili has a diverse work experience starting from their internship at Akdeniz Üniversitesi in 2017. In 2019, they served as a Reserve Officer in the Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri until 2020. Sercan then joined BilgeAdam Teknoloji as a Junior Software Developer through their Boost Yazılımcı Geliştirme Programı, where they gained expertise in C#, .Net 5.0, and ASP. From 2022 to 2022, Sercan participated in the Teleperformance .Net Bootcamp organized by Patika.dev, where they acquired an extensive range of skills including Rest API development, database management, authentication and authorization methods, testing methodologies, and architectural patterns like Onion Architecture. In 2023, they joined BinBin and Algoritma as a Junior Software Engineer.

Sercan İyili obtained a Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's Degree) in Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri - MIS from Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their high school education, specializing in Bilişim Teknolojileri - Veri Tabanı Programcılığı (Information Technologies - Database Programming), at Antalya Atatürk Anadolu Teknik Lisesi from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired additional certifications, including a TeamOps Certification from GitLab in June 2023, a C# (Basic) Certificate from HackerRank in July 2022, and a P186 Teleperformans .Net Bootcamp certificate from Patika Dev Eğitim Danışmanlık Yazılım Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi in July 2022.
