Sandeep Nakhate has been employed in the IT industry since 2012. Sandeep began their career at eClerx Pune as an employee in 2012. In the same year, they joined Infosys as an Associate Team Lead. In 2016, they moved to Binated Inc as a Team Lead.

Sandeep Nakhate's education history includes completing their HSC from Deccan Education Societys Fergusson College in Pune, studying Science from 2004-2006. Sandeep then completed their SSC from TERNA PUBLIC SCHOOL, studying Mathematics and Computer Science from 1992-2004. Lastly, they earned their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Pune University from 2008-2011.
