Tanya Albert has been working in the education field since 1997. Tanya started as a 3rd grade teacher for Avon Community School Corporation, then moved on to become the Director & Educator for Seeds of Knowledge Education Center in 2012. In 2015, they took on the role of Office Manager for Binary Star.

Tanya Albert attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education and Teaching. Tanya then attended the University of Southern Maine from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Certification in Gifted and Talented Education. Finally, they returned to Indiana University Bloomington from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Language Education.
