Liliya Chernyahivska has been working in recruitment since 2013, when they began their career as a Freelance Recruiter. In 2016, they joined Binariks Inc. as an IT Recruiter, where they have been employed since.

Liliya Chernyahivska completed their Master's degree in 2013 at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Department of Translation Studies and Contrastive Linguistics. Liliya began their studies in 2008.
