Lee Shalev, Ph.D., is currently the Medical Research Lead at binah.ai, a position held since 2022. Previously, Lee served as Lead Researcher at BrainVu from 2018 to 2021 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Ben Gurion University of the Negev from 2009 to 2018, conducting research in the Lab of Visual Perception and Cognition as well as the Lab for Neural Mechanisms of Learning at the Weizmann Institute of Science. Lee received recognition as Best Instructor while teaching courses in the faculties of Medicine, Engineering, and the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences to BSc, MSc, and PhD students. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences and a Master of Science in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
