Linda Niklasson serves as the Global Vice President of Quality at Bimbo QSR since June 2023. Prior to this role, Linda was the Global Quality Director at McDonald's Corporation from August 2017 to May 2023, focusing on the Bakery & Formulated Products category. Linda's extensive experience at McDonald's also includes serving as Global Supply Chain Director and various Quality Lead positions in Europe, along with a role as Quality Assurance Manager. Earlier in Linda's career, expertise was developed as a Food Industry Consultant at Anticimex and as a Department Manager at Eurofins. Linda began their career at KLS as a Quality Assurance Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree in Chemistry obtained from Linnaeus University between 2001 and 2005.
