Xabi Alaman is the Co-Fondateur of Biltoki, a French specialist in gourmet markets. Xabi is also the Co-Founder of Halles participatives d'Anglet, a project aimed at giving ownership of living spaces to local residents and actors. With a background in Product Management and education from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Xabi has been involved in various projects and initiatives throughout their career.
